Most cheerleaders would agree that a coach that yells at you and pushes you past you limitations is a good coach. Strict coaches are the best coaches! Cry now, appreciate it later: words to live by in the cheer world.

I'm probably thinking about just a regular Pop Warner competition then... I've never seen an allstar team compete alone in a division, so I was just hoping for the best on that one! Thank you for correcting me :)
