I think this seems like a great competition and affordable pricing. So sick of traveling to florida every single year. Me and my cp's have been to disney 16 times already for various competitions over the years. We have to buy the packages and really don't go to the parks anymore. Vegas sounds...
njse is a small gym...probably less than 100 athletes...smaller gyms resort to helping out various teams within their own gym. (double teaming). Perfectly understandable in order to compete against the larger gyms. I'm just saying that small gyms have survival skills and njse is one of them...
I agree with you, the finals in this division on Monday morning should be interesting. It definately will be the survival of the fittest. The team who can perform in their sleep with a smile. I just hope nobody gets hurt.
a coach with nothing to lose and has an unpredictable chance at getting their team transported to disney for free. The scores are usually so messed up, it's anyone's day. One never knows! lol
Wait....are you guys saying that this other cheertyme is from VA? Didn't they research names when choosing a name? I wouldn't have chosen another gyms name when naming my team. Just sayin
Ahhh, memories of the old days....Cheer Tyme has been around since the beginning of allstar cheerleading. They would compete in NJ a lot with World Cup, CJA and NJ Spirit and Cheer Explosion (now named NJ Spirit Explosion). Some of the oldest gyms in the north. Star Athletics (north stars) and...
wow....if i remember right the small coed division lasts all day long at world's as it is. small senior and small coed will need a separate facility soon. I think changing the coed number to 8 is dumb. Especially since the medium coed division has been extremely exciting to watch lately. The new...
I agree with you....Cheerleading may be popular for boys in the south...but not in the north or northeast. I feel this 8 limit will make the small coed division even larger than it already is. Medium and large coed teams will not exist in the north.
If you want to get over a block....stop thinking about it. Put it out of your mind. Use a spotter for 100 tries. Always use your spotter for 100 times. It will take a few weeks to a month or more to achieve this. By the end you will be over your block. Just as long as you and your parents don't...
Oh, i thought in your above post you were asking for someone to explain how a 2nd place team gets a bid, I was just explaining. But good luck on getting a bid, i'm sure you will get it soon.
There is another event this weekend that is giving away a bid to a small senior team. The 2nd bid goes to whom ever they want, now that's really nice. Anyway, it's the event producer's right to spend the money on whoever they want, even if it's not fair. Get used to it.
According to twitter, WC Odyssey has the highest coed 5 score for the day. Spirit Central has the highest level 5 score for all girl. The highest 3 level 5 scores were Ody, ECE Junior 5 and then Fab 5. The actual scores I can't read, the photo was too blurry.
thanks for the info, i guess in need to go back and read the new rules again. Are 35 athletes still allowed on the floor? It started at 30 max, jumped to 35 before i took my cheer sabatical away. What's the number now?
I don't think so....i haven't been into it in 2 years, maybe the rules changed. It used to be if you were allowed a max of 35, even if you won a bid with less you could still use your max and it was legal
