For your back i would do bridges,straight leg backbends,a backbend but have your elbows touching the floor, and also while your in your bridge walk your hands to your feet ,1 more thing do the cobra stretch (its feels amazing!!)
For your shoulders sit down put your arms behind you and walk...
Spot something,jump up as high as you can go, have confidence, and tuck if you have more questions i recommend asking your coach things!
