So whenever i do my back tuck, whether its running or standing, my arms don't fully swing up to my ears and around. It seems as though that i am swinging them up to about shoulder height then around, is there anyway i can drill this or help it in any way? My coaches tell me my rotation is good...

2.making varsity should be based upon talent, not seniority! if you (head coach) tell me after tryouts i should be on varsity, put me on varsity!

So I'm 5'5 and 135lbs and I've flown on my JV cheer squad last year, but I wanted to know if my height and weight is too big to fly in college? I have a lot of muscle, I'm a strong tumbler and base but for college I know I have to fly in coed stunts. Should i try to lose weight? Thank you!
