Starting a new cheer program and I can't seem to think of a name. The program would start next season so I have some time but I would really like to get some ideas. This would be a rec team but I really don't want it to be a mascot for the name. We would compete some. Please help me

My cheer gym is hours away from me and I am trying to get my backhandspring. I take tumbling at a gymnastics gym but I only get like 2 minuetes of spotting. I have it by myself on a slanted mat and the instructor at the gym wont spot me on the ground anyways. I am going to get private lessons...

i know a cheer for motions it gets catchy after you learn it but its kinda just a list and since i cant say the tune it would sound weird

Strectch every day its what i did and i can do a split without it hurting

I understand what your saying it makes a lot of sense but i feel like some of these girls arent listening because they think it will be easy and when i run through the drills again they get mad because they think im telling them their bad but their not they hae never done cheer before there is...

My mom is there to teach and help but i make up the dances and do some more stuff. She spots and helps with stunts but im mostly teaching i have like a million books and a bunch of websites and videos ive looked at we arent competing were just doing it for funand the only reason is in my state...

this year shes getting certified last year we did really small stuff and there are no places in my area thats why we started the program
