What's the best way to put words or numbers on bows? Are the iron on letters the best thing to use or is there something else that's better?

What is the best way to put words on bows? My softball friends want bows with their softball numbers on them? What's the best way to do that?

It's a recreational class. They don't compete or anything just perform at recitals. Most of them have around level 2 skills, which is why I was looking for some ideas. :)
What are level 2 tumbling skills other than backwalkovers and back handsprings that I could work on with my intermediate class? They are bored with working on the same two things but I don't want them to work on things that are too easy, like handstand rolls and stuff.
Okay so I teach a beginner tumbling class and need some ideas for new skills to work on. We've been doing cartwheels and forward rolls but some of them need to learn harder skills now. I can't think of any other skills to teach other than a handstand or a bridge. Any suggestions? The age group...
2nd post: okay I am trying to make some bows and I want to know what is the best way to "glue" two fabrics together. I've used some of the iron on glues but they burn the fabric...any suggestions?
