I'm the flyer and thanks I do alot of stretches it's just my shoulders aren't flexible and won't bend back very far

You should lift weights like Brandon said to. Also, you should hold the flyers foot during a 360 and be more confident with your ability.

I'm not saying its a bad idea I'm just saying I'm surprised because large all girl was a really good division. Also, I wanted to see them beat some of the teams in the large all girl

Get it on cheese mat then take 1 step down each time you hit till you get on the floor. If the cheese mat is too soft put a panel mat on top. Good luck :)
