Well if your doing it on tumble track than what's the worst that can happen. You can do it. It's no difference if he is standing right next to you or of he is 10 steps away from u. It's all in it head just do ittt.

I am not a flyer but I am a base and whenever my flyer needs to be stretched before a competition or practice I always stretch her needle first. I think that not just stretching by ur self but being stretched by other people will help a lot

I think that it wasn't the smartest idea. I feel that f5 was better in the large division and they had good competition there. I feel that they should go back to being large

You should use wrist guards and see how ur wrist feel while using them if it doesn't help or if it feels like more pain u should probably see a doctor.... But when my wrist hurt I used a wrist guard and in 2 weeks I didn't even need it!
