Um it depends on how far u run . Maybe like a regular one-step round of back , or a really short backhand spring but not much else running wise .

Okay so I know it sounds cliche & tacky but squeeze ur butt ! Lol I'm like so serious just squeeze it together ! :) & try & lift up like when ur sucking in a deep breath & holding it . Be sure to keep ur butt in & keep everything in a straight line u know like shoulders over hips & kind of hold...
Just watever u do don't try and be dainty ! When u try and make yourself lighter , ur actually heavier . & just be confident & try not to second guess urself , or look down . If u look down ur gunna fall ! & most of all stay tight , & have fun up there ! :) hope I could help !

You can get a stunting block or stunting stand . Or u could be like most beginning flyers ..... Get a chair & pretend to load in :) & it may be ur bases ? They may not be low enough for u to really get in & be able to push off ?

Just don't try & be gentle ! I've realized when I do that it makes it harder on them & I tend to be more wobbly & unstable & I push them out too . The harder u push the quicker ull go up & the lighter ull be . :)
