I think the biggest surprise is now they are reporting he was using the "Gym Tyme" name illegally in Georgia.... I wonder what that means for his Illinois location?
This is what I think happened but not affiliated with CEA so my opinion only. CEA princesses competed as LJ5 and was listed as wildcard bid winner. At UCA Princesses competed as JR5. CEA formed Junior Elite to compete at Summit using the wildcard bid from Princesses.
Since UCA is combining Small and Large J5, it knocks either Green or Crazy Jags out of contention for Triple Crown. Guess they never considered that scenario...oops.
How do the EPs decide when to combine divisions? For J5 - They did not combine Small - 2 All-girl, 3 coed, but they did combine Large (2 coed, 2 all-girl).

There may not have been the long lines and big crowds but remember this is the first year for The Summit. IIRC, the first year of Worlds there were only a few teams and it has grown to what it is now...so to compare Summit today to where Worlds is today...well there is no comparison. I don't...
We attended The Summit and I thought it was a very well run event. My cp is on Large Senior 3 and this was the toughest competition we had all year. I don't have a problem with it being at the same venue as Worlds and because I don't have a cp that is on a Worlds team, I didn't have a problem...
