this year i have been seeing more and more cheerleaders with acrylic nails. i really want to get them done, but i dont think my gym allows them. what are other gyms policies on nails?

i just sing along with the music in the routine with lots of emphasis and a smile on my face. my facials are pro.

my only concern with the green is if it would clash with the bow i personally like the charcoal the best

well im not a coach, but i hate the competition food. seriously, all they sell is french fries and hot dogs and things like that. i cant eat before i compete because i feel so bogged down from the food. cant they sell fruit and granola bars or things like that?

i dont remember what brand it is but i use the lotion and it works pretty good its just a pain putting it on all the time

i think they may get different teams bows from different places, have you noticed all of their bows look a bit different like ss's and odyssey's look the same but totally different from lites

i lost soooooo much stuff at camp, but it was probably due to the fact that my cabin was full of messy people and was never clean. also things of mine and a few of my friends got stolen and someone said they found them in another cabin so watch out for theifs. just have her keep looking around...
