    All-Star Age Grid 2020-2021

I think it would have made more sense to change junior upper limit for next season to 2005. In this grid, kids who aged out of junior last season (ie dob april 2004-turned 15 in April 2019) can now be back on junior team next season after a one year hiatus. By making it 2005 you ensure kids...

    All-Star Age Grid 2020-2021

Yes that’s what I had heard too. Move to January 1. But no confirmation.

Do you know if the cutoff date changed?

    All-Star Competition Fees/stp Costs

I’ve heard of people selling their park tickets but I’ve never done it. I don’t want to try to find someone to buy my tickets I just want to have the option to pay comp fee+ wwos entrance directly as part of varsity offering. This year I don’t know who would buy a 2 day park hopper that costs...

    All-Star Competition Fees/stp Costs

I wish they would offer an option - park ticket included OR WWOS admission only competition fee.

    All-Star Level Skills

I also just heard no kick doubles in baskets for level 5. Only single twisting.

    All-Star 2019-2020 Teams

CEA Charlotte tweeting about having Youth 4 too. Looks like that division is making a comeback. When my CP was first in that division there was Prodigy, WE, Stingrays, CEA Raleigh, CEA Charlotte, Spirit of Texas and Cheer Athletics and then over the past few years it got smaller but it looks...

    All-Star 2019-2020 Teams

The trends I’m noticing so far: Less teams/larger in size More high level youth and junior teams Lots of gyms introducing lower level international teams this season. I’m seeing lots of junior international teams levels 1-4 More non tumble teams

    All-Star 2019-2020 Teams

    All-Star 2019-2020 Uniform Reveals

I have to say I’m always impressed with ICE uniforms.

    All-Star New Level Crossover Question

Does that apply to both D1 and D2 Summit?

    All-Star 2019-2020 Teams

I saw both Prodigy and CJA will have youth 4 this season. Excited to see that division get bigger. So much talent.

    All-Star 2019-2020 Teams

I understand that position/opinion but I do think there are scenarios that make an xs a viable option for gyms with more than 1 worlds team. Gym puts together a medium coed team and they still have girls that have solid level 6 skills but didn’t make the medium senior 6 team and team has to stay...

    All-Star New Level Crossover Question

Previously worlds athletes could cross to 4 because 5 was only one level above. However with 6 being the new 5; if they are allowing worlds (level 6) to cross to 4 then the rules will need to be updated and if they are updating the crossover rules I’m curious if it will only apply to 4/5/6 or...

    All-Star New Level Crossover Question

I don’t think so, unless varsity changes the summit rules for 2020 to allow to cross more than one level.

    All-Star New Level Crossover Question

What about crossing over level 5/6 at NCA? When it was 5R/5 you could cross but wondering if that will change with the changes?

All-Star New Gyms, Gym Closings, And Acquisitions For 19-20 Season

As a former North Jersey girl, I would also say Jersey All Stars and World Cup are south jersey. Anything below Edison:D

All-Star New Categories For Next Season

I think there is still room for “extra”. Like a small team can have 22 (5 stunt groups and 2 tumblers) as opposed to that same team of 22 putting up 4 stunts and having 6 tumblers.
