I had a ganglion cyst on my wrist right after my surgery. It went away pretty quickly (a week) on it's own. It hasn't come back yet. I used Voltaren on my hand to reduce the inflammation.

Oh I feel your pain. This is our first season that I won't have to buy a new uniform. I've bought one every year for the last 5 years. We're done after this season since she's a senior.

For all those suggesting a D2 Worlds, where does that leave the gyms that aren't D2 who can field a true level 5 team with only enough athletes to field an XS?

We use hair pieces but not the posh pony types. They're only 14 inches and color matched. It makes doing cheer hair super easy.

A friend of CP's is on a SJ3 and she's competing this weekend. I just checked the performance order and there are 63 teams in that division on Saturday. 63. SIXTY THREE THAT'S BANANAS.

Premium ($20) was worth it for us since you get in and out priveledges. Our teams were so scattered throughout the day that we left & came back a couple of times. One of the times the lots were so full they had cars on the medians on the way in. It was worth every penny at that point.
