As far as the % of crossovers on a given team, I'm just wondering how coaches pick on who gets to crossover then. Many kids just want to be able to do more than 1 team. Either they just love the thrill of competing or maybe they base on one team and fly on another. I think the proposed rule...
Pros and cons to both I suppose. Overall, I get more of a wow effect watching large teams, but yet I think it's easier for a small team to stay clean. If it's a small team though, I do prefer to watch 5 stunt groups instead of 4.
On the flip side I also saw a team from a "well respected" gym go from 5th to 1st, so I guess day 1 is almost like a warm up since day 2 is going to be EVERYTHING at Super "duper" nationals!

It's cruel that the victim is being punished, like being victimized all over again and yet he walks around a free man doing what he loves (playing ball and hurting girls).
At our school, being a senior doesn't mean you automatic earn the right to be on the competition team. It is made up of the "best of the best" which I think is fair if you want to be competitive. Also, we don't just put seniors in front because they are seniors. However, there are so many parts...
That's really to bad that your school doesn't have a lot of school spirit! I've been lucky enough to be involved with schools that have lots of spirit, so it's hard to imagine experiencing just the opposite. Here are some links to a few sites with great ideas. Good luck with trying to turn...
We have used varsity a lot as well. From my experience, some of the unis have been exceptional quality and lasted for years! However, one year we ordered new unis and they were falling apart after just wearing 1 or 2 times and although we weren't able to send them back, we ended up ordering...
