Back from Afghanistan and doing a little Fierceboard creeping. I'm over watching these teams that are obviously not prepared, technically or strength wise. What happened to the day of CLEAN!!

No competition has yet to "OUT DO" NCA. They may have more #'s, Worlds may have Rings and level 5 specific teams, but ask anyone that has been to NCA and they will tell you, the main floor at NCA is unlike anything else in cheerleading!

First tell her to tumble on her toes, 2nd when tumbling on concrete when I was young and very dumb I would sometimes have the need to use those gel cups to protect me heels! Just got to Walgreens and buy the gel cups that go in the shoe. Put them in the back by the heel, works like a charm!
