    All-Star Worlds Age Change???

Open 5 will give some 12 year olds the ability to be on a Worlds team... Here is why - Those that turned 12 after August 31st but before January 1st will still be eligible for Worlds on the new Open 5 divisions next season because they will be 14 on or before December 31st 2019... Those kids...

    All-Star Worlds Age Change???

A J5 outscored 25 level 5 teams including 17 of the Worlds teams at CDE Mid Atlantic in Richmond last weekend. My point is again if they change Worlds age to 14, the Worlds division will become a joke and J5 will dominate. The most skilled and motivated athletes will spend up to 5 years or so on...

    All-Star Worlds Age Change???

Also note, there is also a discussion to bring J5s back to Worlds with the same people making the decision to increase the Worlds age. The J5s that were at summit last season were all better than most all of the at large Worlds teams. If this happens gyms will all end up with better J5 teams...

    All-Star Worlds Age Change???

The athletes with birthdays after August 31st and plan on cheering in college will end up with one less year of Worlds... The following year they plan on changing Worlds age to the ultimate goal of 14... My daughter has been on J5/Y5 for 3 years and her 13 the birthday is December 22. With this...

    All-Star Worlds Age Change???

The J5 teams at Summit last year were better than mostly all of the at large Worlds teams... What will actually happen is gyms will end up with better looking J5 teams than their Worlds teams. Worlds teams will become a joke. Have you seen most college cheer teams?

    All-Star Flyers

Probably my 10 year old would know. She uses my phone all the time. Or my 7 year old flyer.

    All-Star 2016-2017 Teams

Most all Super 5 aged out of Y5 except for the flyers. About half went to Supercells.

    All-Star 2016-2017 Teams

Maryland Twisters Supercells, ECE, Spirit of Texas all have small junior coed 5 teams.

    All-Star Flyers

I'd be more concerned with gyms having the same flyer on multiple teams on multiple levels.
