Yes we use remind101 as well for our daily events. We just used to use Yapp for our special trips. It was awesome, but then no more...sniff sniff... Thanks!
I'm looking for an app that I can put schedules, info, share pictures, and contact info on. We have always used Yapp, but they have since not only made it not free, but it's super expensive! Do any of you have an app you use for communication? We really only use it for comp season and camp. Thanks!
Not at all...it was like that last year, because my district allowed us to register before we got our official bid to insure that we got good rooms in the event we did get our bid! =0\
Looking for fun and different ideas for Christmas Gifts to give to the squad! We've done jackets and blankets, etc...looking for something budget friendly but creative and fun! Thanks!

This is a great opportunity for them to showcase their skills and work with other high school cheerleaders on new skills. We have 13 colleges...
No, they each have their own Google Log-In for the school. I have each spreadsheet set so that only the person with their individual log in an see their demerits. It's secure...but at the same time takes a little while entering 50 girls' merits/demerits into 50 different spreadsheets.
We utilize a demerit and merit system for discipline. I would like to find a program online that allows me to enter in the merits and demerits and let the girls and parents log in to see them. Right now, we use Google Drive and it works and is secure but they always loose their link.
Any...
Now that we have hit off season, I would like to start doing some weight training and conditioning with my squad. What are some different exercises, conditioning, or weight training activities that you do with your squads?
Thanks in advance!
TACCA (Texas Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Advisors) is hosting a Spring Recruitment and Stunt Clinic for cheerleaders in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, as well as from across the state. This event is a great time for college coaches to come attend and recruit these talented cheerleaders...
I have a girl that broke her nose over the break and she is cleared to return, but only if she wears a nose protector while we are stunting/competing. All of the nose guards we have found are huge...anyone know where we can get one that doesn't take up her face and make her look like the Phantom...
Between taking two teams to Nationals this year, we have quite a few props between poms, signs, megaphones, flags, etc.
Pros and Cons....stories...good and bad....of shipping UPS/FedEx/USPS vs begging the airline to let us take them on? haha...
Thanks!
I'm looking for some fun versions of people counting to play as we are working with cleaning counts. For example, here's some that one of my girls shared with me:
Custom Grooves 8 - Count Track Vol 1 By Kyle Blitch - qoop.me - Listen to Free Music
CUSTOM GROOVES 8 COUNT TRACK VOL 2 By Kyle...
I know last year we got Magic Bands. I noticed some of the teams using them with Fast Passes. I asked some of these teams how they set that up. Some of them said they had set it up online before they even arrived. I'm familiar with that since we travel to Disney atleast once a year with our...
I have this discussion with my squads each year about competition hair. What do most people suggest? Honestly, I think a high ponytail with a big bow facing forward should be enough. I mean if you are rocking your routine that should be enough, but they feel otherwise. haha...any ideas or...
