I totally agree with you! I think maybe my title was the wrong choice of words but maybe not. If your definition is true why do we as a "sport" have to prove ourselves and what exactly is holding us back.
I mean think about it, the University of Alabama doesn't do the glitter, flashy make up...
I actually downloaded it today and it works pretty well. The one thing I wish it would do was to clear the post as you read them, but other than that it was great to be able to do it from my phone!
Currently having a debate with the hubby on whether the flashiness of cheerleading, meaning uniforms & make up take away from us being recognized as a sport? What do you think?
I have a question, if someone is not happy at a gym, leaves goes on to high school but decides they want to do something somewhere else they have to get a waiver. I mean some times people leave and the gym doesn't like that, don't you feel that gives a gym a lot of power to screw a kid?
I love Mary Mac's...I grew up in Atlanta and that was one of my favorite places to go when I was a kid! Let's not forget the Varsity, it's an Atlanta staple.
Look everyone, you may not agree with how this competition was run or scored but please do not take away from these kids and coaches that have worked just as hard as all of the other teams. Please be respectful of them if not anything else!
Well from the looks of today, I think Allstar Rebels out of St. Charles, IL should be added to that best up and coming gyms. They are a first year level 5 and they are well on their way of walking away with a paid bid to Worlds against some very good teams.
