Ice allows athletes to train at other gyms. In fact most ice athletes who take privates take them from coaches at other gyms. There is really only 1 coach who can teach tumbling and he doesn't have a lot of time for privates. He is also kind of intense and not a good fit for a lot of kids...

I couldn't agree with you more! Teaching your daughter to be loyal for the sake of loyalty, and to be committed to something or someone who isn't as committed to her, doesn't teach value. It teaches her that she isn't valued. It teaches her to accept less than she gives in relationships. If...

We have two kids who have cheered at Ice for 4 years. For reasons that don't need to be hashed out here, we decided to look at Gym Tyme as an alternative to Ice. My one daughter who is still cheering fell in love with Gym Tyme. The facility is BEAUTIFUL and the coaches were so enthusiastic...

I just signed up so I could complain about coaches and gyms that act like they are providing some life-saving charitable service and treat parents with disdain instead of paying customers... but I guess I will just say hi in the newbie forum.
