2. If you feel like your going to fall, fall backward (there is someone there to catch)
3. Trust your group, if you feel confident with your group you fly more confidently!
4. Smile!
Round of with a series of as many BHS as they can do.
Do a standing BHS stop for one count then do another (this shows they are top level as they can nearly do a double which is level 3)
Toe touch wait for a count then BHS (same reason as above)
Round of BHS backward role push up to handstand...
At the start of our routine we had a group of girls do a standing BHS and as they went back another group came forward in the gaps doing fronts handspring. This looked really effective.
I'm sat on the sofa in mine right now just chilling that's how comfortable they are! They are great at practice never ride up. 10 out of 10 would recommend
At the British schools Championships this year there is only one coed team! Our team once had some boys but they got bullied out of the sport which is a big shame.
Is it legal to do the basket load in bit at 55 seconds in level 3. (basically where she dose a half turn on the basket then puts her foot out and then loads back in for a basket)
Thanks
In the uk we have our seasons set up very different from the US, our nationals is at Easter time so if you win a bid at nationals you save it till the next year. This is why teams are formed so early
Work on your handstands , a good handstand prepares you for a lot of moves. You can also work on bridges which will lead to walk overs. Also work on your core strength that is essential. Be safe doing it though and don't push any thing.
