The cheetah bow is as iconic as the team... It means everything to our girls!
Each girl is given a bow by their big sister as rookies and will wear it until they graduate.
My daughter is now on her third uni but has the same bow she was given at that ceremony many years ago. She has had some...
Guys life’s not fair. Teach your kids this. Start looking at the positives. In the long run this is what’s best for the sport.
When it directly impacts your kid I know it stinks. It’s dissapointing.
FWIW I’ve been there and I’ve been dissapointed. I am 9 & half weeks away from the end of a 13...
IMO its all about social media presence. Rebel is getting lots and lots of exposure by holding these popularity contests and having their perfect dynamics attended to with absolutely no cost to them.
There is an Majors Athlete meet and greet on Saturday morning you can go to. Some teams are competing at a different comp that weekend so not all are in attendance but most are and your daughter and friend can take pics etc.
Please understand that this is the first competition for most of these teams.
These routines are hard... looking back can you honestly say your team went out and could hit zero in their first comp? It’s December people
I went to the most amazing BBQ place near DFW... they have dozens of wood fired smokers that they serve all kinds of meat from... you actually pay by weight.
They offer lots of traditional sides a la carte.
It was a definite Texas experience and I look forward to going back
Hard Eight BBQ Pit...

I am not judging the victim... I'm judging the situation. I'm judging what the meaning of Cheerleading has come to. I guess your talent is now measured by how many ambassador...
I understand. The chosen special snowflakes that have 35k on instagram are "the certain kids" I'm sure. I have no problem with parents "getting paid" for all the thirsty ground work but when it leads to some seedy speculation then yeah... I'm judging you. Leave the cheer out of your hunger fame...
Question... why are mommas even taking their young girls to photographers? This is Cheerleading. Last time I checked head shots weren't required.
We have a photographer that comes to the gym and takes TEAM photos and then individual poses much like they do in school.
Bottom line is to many...
I believe a flyer was injured on Cheetahs and taken out on a stretcher last night.
As a parent I have no idea what type of warm ups are going on and I'm trusting it will be safe.
I was very upset that the EP had no regard for the safety of our kids with no bumper around the mat... When will varsity start caring about the welfare of our kids? Maybe after something very traumatic happens and a good lawyer takes a big ol chunk out of their pockets!
