Flight Club Cheer Adrenaline (iosc7)
How does everyone feel about the mandatory leotards for international next year? These are snap leos and sometimes they are pretty uncomfortable and I miss the half top, but other than that it feels great!
Vancouver All Stars Black Ice! (Large Coed 6) as an athlete wearing this uniform I love it, it was affordable, bra-friendly, and won't be out of style in a year!
I actually was planning on making a video on this!
I am AWFUL with mental blocks, I cant throw my backhandspring with the same problem as you, but a few weeks ago i just walked up on the tumble track had one spot, one hover spot then on my own. was throwing them the rest of the day (on tumble...
Hi friends! so after never being a tumbler my entire life i recently decided i was going to get a standing tuck, and then I did!
I was thinking of making a youtube series called "tumbling in my twenties" about learning all of these skills now in university instead of as a child, do you think...
I think you can totally get it! I joined back into cheer at 19 and I'm 21 now. At 19 I was so out of shape that a handstand against the wall for 30 seconds killed me, I looked at that realized that wasn't where I wanted to be and have trained 4-6 days a week in the gym since. Backwards tumbling...
Thank you all for your responses!! We just were looking for tips prior to us trying them so at the time of posting we hadn't tried yet. Turns out we had nothing to worry about and hit it on the first try! So thank you all!
Hey all, this is my first year as a flyer and I'm needing some advice. I live in Canada so partner stunting isn't anywhere near what it is in the states (for the most part obviously) and though me and my stunting partner have toss to hands/extension easily I was wondering if anyone has tips for...
Yeah our University practices 3 days a week for the same amount of time. We are just lucky that the coaches are the same. If they didn't allow the Uni athletes onto the team they wouldn't have much of a team.
It's interesting that they are not allowed to, at my school it is encouraged to keep training up. The coaches own one gym in town so we train there for half of our practices but they are not against anyone going to another gym.
How many hours a week do you train?
I was just wondering if anyone is being a cross over from a college/university team and an all-star team and how it's working for you?
All but 6 athletes from my all star team are on my collegiate 6 team and I just feel like everyone (myself included) train differently at the practices. Has...
I totally get where youre coming from, I just also coach a senior level 1 team, and sometimes their idea of effort and our idea of effort is very different.
As a coach: I think this is a fantastic idea!!
As an athlete: I would be terrified, but in a good way. As long as it doesn't become too discouraging, like someone trying their best but you not noticing and switching them. They could become discouraged from ever really trying again because they...
Hey! I just started a channel and I have 2 comp vlogs up, I'm on a collegiate coed 6 team and an open 4 team. My youtube channel is also going to be a bit of my geeky side as well!
Check it out if you want too!
