I totally agree! Communication is essential! Just a simple, " Hey, I haven't forgotten about you. I'm running a little behind." Then give a realistic time frame, AND STICK to it...... That would be customer service 101 if ya ask me!

Just out of curiousity, Has anyone tried the new V-Ro shoe?? I seriously am considering trying it out. The cp's gym is using Varsity shoes. They don't seem to fit her heels quite right. If I remember correctly, the V-Ro shoe looks a lot like the Varsity shoe, so maybe that would work. I haven't...

My cp's worst injury was a pretty severe contusion to her kidney. She was 6 and was playing around doing baskets and somehow her back hit a shoulder or something. She had blood in her urine for about 3 weeks. She was out of cheer for 8 weeks.
