I have my full but I always twist right off the ground. It looks OK on floor because I have a bunch of power pushing me up, but on trampoline its really janky and almost causes me to fall off. I don't really know what to do now. Any advice? ( BTW I hurlde right and spin right)

So I have my full, but I always twist right off the ground. Its become such a bad habit I don't know if I'll ever be able not to. I can throw it pretty well on floor, but on trampoline its really hard and janky. Any advice??
