In the beginning of the video below the flyer on the left braces with a flyer in a thigh stand and is tossed to another stunt group. Is this legal for a senior level 3 team??
Thank y'all! All these tips really helped! Originally choreographers gave us the toe to 3 and then two step round-off tucks. We changed the routine where we max out in running in the opening so I wanted to replace the ro tucks with another standing pass but I think I'll try adding an extra BHS...
my senior 3 coed team does a toe touch to three BHS in standing tumbling, then in jumps they do 3 jumps to 1 BHS and 1 jump to 2 BHS. Any tips for maxing out standing? Last competition our standing tumbling difficulty scored low
Not sure what you mean by drastic changes in stunt height, if you think of an example please let me know. but I did notice we do have some dead spots that need filling in. Thank you!
Any tips on how to add creativity to stunts and pyramid for a Senior Level 3 team? The last 3 competitions we've competed in, we scored high on difficulty and technique but not sure how to fix our low creativity scores. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!! If we start with two full stunt groups on the side going up into extensions and hitching with middle flyer at prep without a backspot then sides bump back down to prep move backspot to middle and have center flyer do 3 elements, that be two structures right?
We have to change our pyramid a week before competition because of a girl getting injured. I know we have to have 2 structures and 4 elements. My question, is can we have our center flyer do all 4 elements or do we have to have the 4 elements split between our other flyers?
