In level 4, is it legal to do a straddle to prone from extension or a full down to prone?

Where would the bases hold for this?

How do you perform a full twisting non release inversion to extension in level 4? I saw it written on an elite stunt list but I can't imagine it and can't seem to find it on the internet. Any video links or explications would be helpful :)

What different ways can you legally perform a released inversion from below prep to extension, non braced in level four? Like a handstand inversion? I've seen people perform it where the bases have basket grips and the flyer is in a literal handstand on their hands but are there any other ways?

This is my second post. Just wondering if a flyer went from an extended cupie, was released, performed a tuck/ball and was caught in prone(on her stomach) would it be legal at level 4?

How do I decide (once I am no longer only able to post as a newbie) what threads to post certain questions on? Like if I had one about how to do a certain level 4 stunt or what tumbling would score higher what kind of threads would I ask on? Or is it something different?
