Has anyone purchased/played with Tarte Clay Play palette? I've been eyeing it online but haven't had the chance to see it in person! Any thoughts are appreciated
In my mind, there is NO REASON practice wear needs crystals. You are not performing in your practice wear. And above all else, stones HURT. I have been so cut up from stunting (mainly catches) when we have had worlds practice wear all blinged out. I cant imagine training in that full year. With...
I was just clicking through the listing for UA's building and one of the pictures has a room labelled as tanning. Did UA have their own tanning beds? Do other gyms have this?
This is so weird to me.
As a competing athlete- hate the open back.
But, it does look good.
I wish so bad they didnt have those two small red straps on the shoulder. Looks like bra straps sticking out
I've had university profs have the rule 'If it has been outlined in the syllabus, I will not answer any emails regard it". And I would be okay with that rule being implemented in cheer gyms regarding the registration package. If the info was given to you and you're just to lazy to look- why...
Annnnd my morning started off just lovely...
Getting ready for work, just 10 minutes before I leave for the bus, and my dog (Lab- just turned one) came down the stairs with me. He likes to poke butts with his nose so he started doing this. I went to pat his nose away and ended up slipping on...
I've watched a few reviews of Jaclyn Hill's palette (of course, it hasn't been released yet, so it's part of PR. Take that as you will).
Packaging is apparently cardboard and not plastic. No mirror (nothing new here). Apparently a creamier formula. Jaclyn has stated that each pigment is pressed...
Why is this the only option?
Legs. That is the only answer. The taller girl will need to squat much more and keep a wide stance. This still poses problems, as now the shorter girl will most likely not be able to absorb on catches (like a high to high). I also worry about the former backspots...
Oh it definitely was not just a sound! Is almost like a verge to complete dislocating. in my hips there is often a sound, but definitely movement with the joints. Its awful. Unfortunately for me, my ligaments are just extremely loose so its hard for them to keep bones in place. SUCKS!
How much...
It was so bad that I would not wish it upon my worst enemy! I just kept wanting to rip my skin off cause it was so bad!
I feel bad for anyone who had to deal with me during that- I was incredibly irritable hahaha
Oh injuries... how I (unfortunately) have a list that would shock many.
My main ones/things I see often include
sprained ankles
ACL tears
Knee pain (usually in the patellar tendon)
Because I'm so flexible my joints shift and 'pop' a lot. I experience this most in my hips, knees and wrists
Lower...
It caused full body hives! Honestly the worst hives I've seen in my life. Because of them I was sooo freakin itchy. And because of the way amoxicillin works (by building up in your body), the reaction didnt occur immediately. But it lasted for sooooo long!
Cause it was a skin issue I had sun...
My wisdom teeth removal was easy-peasy for the most part. it was the aftermath. Turns out im very allergic to amoxicillin! The horror from that lasted much longer than the pain from my surgery!
So you say that pauses are not allowed in the minute time frame. So say for example, I do 30 pushups then pause at the top for 6 seconds. Do I re-start counting at 1, or continue from 30?
I like the idea of this. I reminds me of developmental gymnastics before being promoted to a competitive team.
Although I've been retired for a year now, I still keep in shape at the gym. I may implement this on myself.
