do right leg splits on a door frame and walk hands up the frame on the opposite side of the split. this helps back flexibility.
sit in a right leg split, pull back leg(left leg) up, so it looks like your almost sitting in a scorp. then grab the back leg with both hands, lean back on your leg...

do some drills first, like grab a wedge/cheese mat and do standing arabians on there, like start on floor and pretend you are about to do a standing arabian but instead of trying to land on the cheese end up in a forward roll, does tha make sense?
then standing arabians...
you honestly just need to believe in yourself, motivate yourself to do better and say "i can do it".
confidence is key.
also, maybe start on tumbl trak throwing the skill you are afraid of. then go to rod floor if you have access to one, then spot on floor, then by yourself.

Plus, there are 5 guys and if black stays small coed they can only take 4 guys. That means one guy would be on white. So that already cancels out the all girl aspect.
