There is no way they've acquired the full rosters for all these teams (past or present). And they would have no way of knowing what skills those athletes on the teams currently have. That's what makes their "criteria" and the ranking so absurd.

During NCA week, CA does themed practices each day. Last night's theme was "Throw Back", so Panthers did a throwback to the 2012 team, which is the last Panther team to win Worlds. Just a little inspiration for our girls. They LOVED it!
What do you mean by "dropped 2 levels"? As in, they used to be on a L5 team and are now on L3? And CA didn't take over another gym, they opened a new one. So, I'm kind of confused by you saying "once CA took over this season". Did you mean that they took over their training. Just curious.
Just to clarify, when the Cheetah flyer got hurt, they were in warm ups doing pyramid on a mat. When she fell, she landed off the mat.

F5 had 4pts in deductions, so it wasn't a clean routine. Panthers had 5pts ded, Stars 5.5 ded, and SE 1pt ded. Panthers and Stars had higher raw scores, that's why they placed higher than F5.

Our team rep sent a message out that they are selling a limited number of standing room only tickets at noon today. You may want to get there early for those since there maybe a line.

Im happy they're moving them back indoors. But, I'm irritated that parents of large senior and large coed athletes have to shell out an extra $40 to watch their kids in finals. Meanwhile, no other divisions have to do that. I'm hoping they at least offer discounted finals tickets to parents...
That link is for the Cheer Alliance competition, not Champions League. They're different events.
All the former "League" teams are now attending the Alliance comp in NYC instead of Champions League in Nashville.

I just did a quick check on Priceline from DFW to LaGuardia and I'm getting $275-$350/person nonstop. Was your friend searching out of some somewhere else in Texas?
Did they get a big influx of boys at tryouts? Going from one small coed w/4 boys to a small coed AND a large coed is a huge jump.
Edited: referring to the ICE teams. Idk what's going on with my iPad but it's not showing that I quoted. [emoji52]
I was just looking on the ICU site. Currently, the only Junior division is Scholastic - Junior School Division which says it's similar to Advanced Division/Level 4 Rules.
I'm curious. Would they create a Junior Team USA to compete in that? With ICU being country vs country instead of club...
I agree with this. I was not thrilled that the WC winner got to advance directly to finals over the paid bid winners, especially when there were some WC "winners" that didn't even compete against anyone in the WC round. But, I REALLY disliked the fact that the WC winner got to perform last in...
It says $330 per athlete that took the floor in Large Senior and Large Coed. So, I'm assuming it's every athlete that competed in finals in those two divisions.
