I emailed the legality person for Cheer Evolution (canada) and it's legal because they make contact with the "bases" who are in a nugget in the floor. If they didn't make contact it would be considered illegal. I asked here too just in case I didn't get a response back promptly as we compete...

Our senior 2 team does an assisted half up to lib. There is a prep on both sides that grab each arm of the flyer in the middle. It attaches at the bottom before the half up to lib occurs. Is this legal? Or does it have to go half up to extension then hit lib when they're at the top? Thanks!

One of our level 1 and my level 3 team have a "stunt" in the dance need clarification. Under stunt rules "F" it states that you may not go over another person but that's only for a stunt section rather than in a dance? We've done it before but another coach mentioned it saying we can't do that...

Ok!! Good news! We are going to be Tiny Prep since it's our first tiny team! How many 8 counts should be in a 2 minute routine. I counted only 29 but that doesn't seem right I think I was counting too slow LOL someone told me 38 is that right?
