I'm sure this is posted somewhere but I cant find a list of which rule changes are set to go into effect for the 2013/14 season. Age grid, uniforms, cover ups, etc. Can someone either let me know whats going to be new or where to find it....Thx:help:

My cp lands hard when she tumbles. She sometimes complains of heel pain (like bruising) I've seen girls at the gym with black lace up ankle braces that my daughter told me were heel cups. Do these go over the heel cups to hold them in place????? What kind of heel cups do most people use and...

Our gym may not have a jr/youth team advanced enough for my 10 year old daughter. Is it more important to keep her with kids her age (even if she gets board) or to keep her with older kids of her skill level?
