In regards to cross overs at NCA, what if your NCA team is a “travel team”, and your other team you’re on isn’t going to NCA. For example, your on senior 2 and IO5, but only the senior 2 team is going to NCA. Is that allowed?

After looking through the USASF Age Grid release for 2020, I noticed that IASF 5 is not listed. So, it seems like current IO5 will be IO6 next year, will IO 5 be a division next year, or no? I see usasf senior 5 not a worlds division next year, I’m a little confused, can anyone clarify?
What’s the difference between the international division and the regular division - for example, is the score sheet the same? Why would you choose international j3 over regular j3?

I heard last week at UCA that they might change the age minimum again next year for senior 5, upping it to 14. Is there anything to that or is it just nervous chatter?
