How do you/your coaches keep a team motivated in the summer before you get choreography? Are you given goals as a group or a team that you have to hit?
When on higher level teams - level 4 or 5 - do you keep your stunt groups as close to the same as possible, or exactly the same from one season to the next? Or do you do new groups every season?
When and Where will teams be doing their practices at Worlds or their "pep rallies" like Cheer Athletics? Watching practices is something I always look forward to!

How does a gym like Cheer Extreme teach fulls so quickly and effectively? It seems that kids just jump from level 2 or 3 to level 5 and acquire fulls fast... Any tips and tricks for teaching them at that break-neck speed?
