You cannot compete at a Regional Summit and the Orlando Summit. It's also my understanding that you can only compete at 1 regional summit, so no, teams won't be attending as many regional summits as possible.
Now is a great time to understand that in life, if you want to be a part of a team, you need to do what they need. This is true for cheer, group projects at school, clubs, and jobs.
If you want to cheer, then do what they need you to do.
Did you talk to the admin before leaving? Our school needs a planned excused form filled out and signed by all teachers 2 weeks before the event then they're all good to go.
Very thankful that CP's missed days were excused. She was upfront about it and her teacher's wished her luck followed by "don't get kicked in the head" by one teacher LOL!

I've been to large competitions where everyone stayed at the same property and where everyone was on their own. It's MUCH more organized if everyone stays together, IMO. We will all stay with our children at the same hotel.
That's kind of ridiculous. If my kid wants to pull out because her grades are suffering or she wants to focus on academics after 10 years in this sport, I'm going to fully support her! She's learned those mental skills already. She's certainly not going to forget everything that she's learned...
