I got my BHS when I was about 9 (I was doing gymnastics), but I can't remember how long it took for me to learn it ;)
A girl that I coach got her BHS, in just 2 months, and I'm really proud of her! She is sick!
My mom encourages me, and helps me a lot!! She isn't very loud, so she's not the mom going bananas when we compete. But I love her very much! And my mom, is totally amazing!! I would be nothing without her!
So to all cheer moms: You're doing a fantastic job! I think your girls appreciates you...
Our cheer practice today ended with a disaster! 3 people got injured. 2 flyers and 1 base, and it happened during a pyramid sequence. They got to the doctor, but it was nothing too serious. They all have big bumps in there heads, and a headache they would feel the next days.
