Would you call the transition at 2.11 prep height or extensions
I'm looking to see if legal in level 5, from what I've read, if the inversion is considered prep height I'm all gravy baby, if not I need a third base to keep it legal in 5
Is anyone able to break down the grips? Im watching GBE Lime and it isn't working in my head....
Is there a release? or do they manage to hold both feet all the way through?
So it's looking like my program will be fielding its first senior level 5 team ever, yay!
All very exciting, but the one thing Iam nervous is the back lash on what this teams name is by default.
We name our teams by age, than colour representing a level, ie youth silver, junior teal... But...
Could someone confirm for me the bottom ages for premier and elite in ICU cheer.
is there an online document i can forward people too?
Andre kingston ????
One man style, straight toss to hands at prep level
i remember there being a exception to release moves in the past when it came to this skill, but cannot seem to find it within the new rules.
Can anyone clear this up for me?

An open ended questions to everyone out there...
my club is looking for someone who is doing T shirt and jacket graphic design, yes similar to the stuff you see all over everyone at worlds...
but needs a break in the market, my club is after someone who is doing something a bit different...
This is a real world situation, but I will be vague in order to protect the parties involved
This problem from my point or view has a few levels so bare with me
'team spectacular' is now about to enter their 3rd season and currently has competed the last two season in a level which is IMO one...

I posted this question earlier, this now a more complete view of what were trying to achieve
From my understand if I can make it legal in one area ie dismount, I'm good to go.
This is clearly illegal as a level 4 transition.
BUT, can that flat back be considered a prep level stunt? Therefore...
Picture if you will...
Flyer in flatback at prep level, left foot connected to prep level bracing flyer.
Flatback flyer has right foot free,
Bases toss flatback flyer, she mimics a kick double, all while connected to prep level bracing flyer.
My grey areas where i am not sure, is...
A flyer in prep level arabesque, with the back spot holding right ankle, and left foot (specifically under the foot)
Does this count a a two legged prep level stunt?
This is in regards to the dismount performed after.
After reading the new rules and clarifications in level 3 release moves, it seems as though switch ups could be legal... So long as only enough height and power is given to only just get the flyer to the top, any more and she would pass above extension...
I question this now due to the flyers...
Hey guys, I am looking for a mix of just voiceovers counting the whole routine...
I know they exist, just can't quite track down who.s doing them, any help would be greatly appreciated
