i've also cracked my forehead open due to a flyer who couldn't really spin so she elbowed me in the forehead and i had to get 10 stitches, also painful!
we did an a-frame tossed up from the front and then she was supposed to flip forward and one of the middle flyers let go of her foot to early so she was thrown my way, got her shoulder right in my face and broke my nose. it was so painful, and it was two weeks before nationals, so i had do it...

i love tall flyers too! i always get them, haha, and last year my flyer was actually taller than me, and i'm not that short! i always get the feeling that they try so much harder because they are taller, at least the ones i've stunted with.
