RUN as quickly and as FAR away from this sure to be hot mess as you can. Having brought up a cheerleader up in the state of Maryland, my advice, if she really wants to cheer....move to another state.

LB- the routine is there. they have an awesome skill set, just looks uncomfortable and hard to do. I feel like in parts of the routine the lady bullets attitude and sass is there but not throughout the whole routine like we are used to seeing from them. COED- yes yes yes a million times yes...

oh my gosh....after reading the updates on here, i can honestly say i AM SO GLAD WE'RE NOT GOING TO WORLDS!! and that is really, really sad, cuz after 13 years of cheer, i STILL love the sport, but this is totally out of control!!!

WOW....this is absolutely crazy!! makes me happy i don't have to worry about the whole worlds experience this year!! we have gone to worlds for the past 4 years..2x as juniors and 2x as senior. each year, it got crazier and crazier. i really hope this DOESN'T happen, but i see people getting...

Well and we all know how gyms have such strict social media policies/rules....oh wait, that's only after worlds and throughout the summer. NOT in the middle of nationals season when there are jackets and rings to be won. Please feel free to say/do whatever you want!! Carry on!

this: Right now instagram is out of hand. People are posting pictures of girls in gym uniforms ridiculing them and their programs. Gym owners only have so much time to police all social media. i follow a few folks on instagram, nothing crazy, today i saw a pic of two of my daughters ex-team...
