Really? It seems you know nothing of what goes on at your gym on a daily basis. That should concern you greatly.

My child doesn't cheer. She tumbles and that is all we care about. Cheering has a negative connotation-especially in the work world (post college etc). Those instagram photos of girls scantily clad stick with you forever. It's not a good thing.

Because you have too many paying parents and you won't turn people away but the gym is too small and majority of coaching staff not equipped with proper coaching to avoid all the injuries that keep occurring. Not a good combo.
