plyometrics, different plank positions, the wall walk works well. I would recommend a kind of circuit training maybe something like 5 to 10 min. You could change it up day to day and set it up more like a comp on who can finish first or get the most. Doing that tends to get people to work...
Have you ever tried Squats, box jumps, or deadlifts. that would probably be a good start. Plyometrics is also a great work out for that kind of stuff. I hope this helps a little.

I am having a problem going from big hands to the lib. The toss and every thing is great, I am catching her at extension with the big hand approach but now we are stuck. She is up there and we just can't transition into anything.
I am looking to start some morning classes and was wondering if anyone has any advise or ideas on what works well. I was leading towards a Mommy and me class, or like some kind of little tots classes.
