Aside from "matgate 2016", I had an issue with medium finalists being announced so late and then having medium all girl compete as the first division on Monday. With kids not sure if they are advancing until around 11:30, trying to fall asleep after learning they made finals, then having to be...
Ultimate athletics for the win imo! First sublimated sports bra/shorts I've seen done right! It is so easy to overdo sublimation and make it look like too much. Only thing is idk how much my daughter would get out of capris. I like them but wouldn't buy them if I didn't have to.
Brand new, tags on Nfinity vengeance. Size y2. Daughter was generally wearing a kid 13 shoe when we bought them so they run small. Message me if interested. $80
Just curious what everyone else thought. :) I'm seeing the bases turning more and more during the sponge and I just love the way they look when everyone starts spinning together instead of 3/4 spin in sponge then flyer stands and finishes.
I agree. But. .. my point is that I have seen "double ups" videos posted that the bases are spinning 3/4 while squishing (or dipping, whatever it's called), before there is any upward motion and calling it double ups. I was curious if they got the same difficulty rating as true double ups.
Thank you... should have looked there first lol. It seems crazy to me that bases turning while dipping (before there is any upward movement of the flyer) is worth the same as double ups performed with 2 spins while the flyer is on the process of standing up. Going by that rule, as long as...
Do fake double ups (the ones where the bases do a half turn and sometimes more while they are dipping) count the same as true double ups? I've been seeing all these "double up" videos that are more like one and a quarter but because the flyers shoulders are facing forward to start, they call...
It's ironic that the that small gyms (mostly) use the crossover rules to have viable teams while (some... OK lots of) large gyms are using the same crossover rules to beat the crap out of the small gyms. .
I think in theory it would be the same difficulty level IF the teams are 100% true to the level athletes. However... When was the last time anyone has seen a 100% true 1,2,3, or 4 team? One kid from a higher level could potentially sway this dramatically. If flyer Susie in the corner is...
Also... my other 5 y/o 45 pound cp can totally stunt level 7 on her coaches so I'm sure she can handle the top teams at any gym. Which level is the one that allows 5 year olds and 30 year olds to cheer on the same team? I'm not sure she can stunt with kids her age so she must be on that...
I gave birth to my cp last week and I'm afraid she will be behind if she doesn't start stunting by next week... I totally know she's ready because the doctor told me that she was doing flips in my belly so she must have heard the coaches during my other cps privates and started practicing on...
Imo, a 90-100% level 4 team competing at level 3 at any point is sandbagging. Competing level 4 would be stacking if they have the level 4 appropriate skills at tryouts or acquire them during the summer. I personally think stacking is OK and almost necessary these days as long as athletes...
That has happened to me three times! !! I have never purposely given a negative rating but when i was looking at my bio one day, it said I had given 2 dislikes and a bullying rating!
This is a huge question. If 75% tumbling will get you the same exact score as 100% tumbling, that leaves LOT more wiggle room when determining the make up of a team. Especially for small gyms who have ridiculous bases or flyers who don't necessarily tumble level 5. My other question is... If...
