Just tried out my new glamour wand for competition curls. This only took ten mins and I did it myself. Not perfect but definitely a time saved :)

I was just wondering if anyone has any good one or two week detox diets/plans that I can follow. Googling seems to come up with some very very crazy stuff!
I am feeling very lathargic after Christmas excess and want to be fighting fit and energised for tryouts in two weeks time...

I'm probably going to have to miss the remainder of the season because I have to work the w/e of Nationals. I debated saying I couldnt work but that would seriously limit my opporunity to get promoted at work so I had to choose between grown up life...

Can you even begin to imagine how hard it is to be one of the first teams in your country. As coaches say on here again and again, you cannot learn from Youtube, you need high quality coaching. If this isnt available you have to start somewhere. You have to make mistakes. Its not the mistakes...
