I think I may have a hip flexor injury but i'm not sure...
How can you tell if you have one?
What is the best thing to do about it?
Are there any stretches or exercises you can do to help?
Also is it possible to not take time off and just push through the pain?
I understand that in some situations girls/guys are able to cheer two years in college. How does this work? What month do you have to be born in to do this?
Ex. Kimsley Crews from CEA graduated in 09 and she was able to cheer in 2010 and 2011.
If anyone knows please let me know! Thank you :)
Seeing as tomorrow with be the 10th anniversary of 9/11 I thought I would make this so if anyone would like to say anything they can post here.
God bless all of those who lost their lives in the incident, and bless those who lost loved ones. God bless America
Sorry if this thread was created...
I've done it, it is a piece of cake on a trampoline. It is sooo different on hard surfaces I don't suggest learning it there. Learn it off of something hard into a pit.
I think this is defiantly photo shopped, if it was real all of the weight would be in that one arm and it doesn't look like she is underneath it enough to hold it up on her own. :p
no, it is the middle of a stunt where the flyer is thrown to another group and flips, I guess it is a basket where she travels and another group catches. very sick:)
