After watching all these videos... I have to say I'm sick of the inversions in stunt sections. When executed perfectly, they look great. But 90% of the time they are sloppy and the bases are pretty much running around underneath the flyer to get them up there.
Ok this is the first time I've watched Bombshells and I love them!! I love their use of the floor and skills with the amount of girls they have. Very well done :) Does PattyAnn coach this team as well?
I'm loving how teams are getting more creative with their standing tumbling sections and formations this year. It's nice to see something a little different :)
if you are referring to academy.com, then the pre-wrap I am talking about is a bit different. On the Academy website I see kinesiotape, which is also a good alternative if it is applied correctly.
