FCA Diamonds are the deal this year. Im biased but they have what it takes to be top 5 for sure. And they just won jamfest and got a full paid bid with 2 small deductions all weekend. They're on fire.

I just have to add my 2cents :) I've been cheering for 14 years and have NEVER experienced anything like competing in the Majors. Its rare that you can leave a competition that your team didn't win and think to yourself that you would love to do it again, but that's exactly how I feel right...

Biofreeze/Icy hot is your friend. Lol it normally helps a lot, at least to numb the pain. And I'd say taking Ib profen BEFORE practice, but I don't think that's exactly healthy... just a bad habit lol ya gotta do what ya gotta do

We all have a specific word we bring to the team this year. Focus, leadership, heart, friendship etc. So after our coaches talk to us, we stand in a circle, go around and say our words and say diamonds at the end together <3 We even have one of our girls that stands in a headstand the whole time...

So proud of those girls, they work so hard!! So close to an undefeated season for them. 1st at Cheersport, 1st at US Finals, and 2nd at Jamfest Indy. Pretty impressive season : )
