    My Stunt Group Gives Me Anxiety

    I would talk to your coach or trainer about it. A lot of times talking to my coach about issues within my team makes me feel better and usually resolves the problems. :)

    Flying Practice

    I’m a base on my cheer squad but my coach thinks I should be a flyer. I’m ok with balancing once I get in the air but I always loose my balance in the pushing up from a squish to a prep. Any suggestions for practicing balance while riding this WITHOUT BASES? Thank you!
