I think even if you have great coaches and an ample client-base you need a great gym director on -site. Not all great coaches will make great gym directors. ACE Atlanta started with a great gym director; you could see that even though office work kept him busy when he did walk out on the floor...
Wear cheer t-shirts and jeans. And we too have purchased sweatshirts/jackets inside the Milkhouse bc we were freezing ... I think it's a definite marketing ploy!
My cp became a vegetarian in middle school so I started looking for vegetarian meals. I came across the magazine "Veg News" in my recipe search. After reading about the treatment of animals in the U.S. meat industry in Veg News I decided to become vegetarian also. I would prefer to eat...

Your situation sounds perfectly legit. And I think many times conflicts or money or injuries prevent individual team members from competing with their team so replacements are necessary. But when the gym has an entire other team competing at the same level but different division and they gym...
I'm so confused how coaches, athletes, and parents can be excited about a team winning at the summit when over 25% of the athletes (in a team I know of) competed at a higher level the entire season.
