    The problem is that even sending a team to Worlds gives the gym an “edge up” over the gym down the rod which only has summit/local comp teams. Also, with the plethora of divisions at Worlds now, why have a Senior 4.2 or a Senior 1 team when it can be a NT Worlds team? Or that Senior 4 team where...

    In HS Cheer, I got my team placement one of three ways. First off, email. That was simple and easy enough. No hard feelings there. Then, there was letters in an envelope.     My high school did/does do this... what a nightmare. I think it’s the worst idea ever— parents and athletes were constantly complaining. All one upset parent has to say is that they want CP on varsity, and suddenly they were in the “Gold”(Varsity) workout group like you said. I really don’t...
