What is the difference in safety rules? My federation follows IASF, which I suspect most countries do.

To be tight in your legs and get more "spring" in your tumbling, i was told to squeese my heals together. It really helps - Try going up on your toes regullarly, and then when you squeese your heals together. The second time you'll feel that your entire backside is tight.

Try to keep them intact, but depending on how many new people, i put a new kid in every stuntgrop to avoid weak vs strong groups.
