i had my first COED stunt clinic yesterday (my second is tomorrow). my college team is CO-ED but they haven't put CO-ED stunts in the routine in years, i'm unsure why. i really love CO-ED stunting, it's been a blast. i was able to get an assisted toss to hands by the end of the one hour clinic...
Yeah, they said alternates attend every practice and none that nobody except the coaches know who the alternates are. I guess I'm just worried people will be like "Well you won't be preforming at every comp so you're not actually on the team"
I made my university's cheer team as an alternate, I'm very proud of this since I have almost no cheer experience and no tumbling. I'm just confused about what exactly an alternate is? Can I tell people I'm on the team? It's a competition only team so kind of like All-Star.
Is the whole being investigated by the FBI situation true? Or is it just a rumour spread by a couple of twitter cheer accounts? Part of me hopes the entire situation isn't true but I also don't want to make the victims feel like nobody believes them
Eddie and Orbie from Cali All Stars did one. Got a gym in Mexico called Sputnik All Stars a bunch of equipment, new floors, uni's, practice wear, etc and sponsored them. I'm not sure if it was a one time thing or not though
I was just wondering what people's opinions are on them for flying and tumbling and personal experiences. I know people always talk about vengeance or evolution for flying/tumbling but I don't think I've heard much about the Flyte shoes. I'm looking for a new pair of shoes and since they're...
I don't think they attend NCA or UCA, I haven't seen them in their Division (DII Small Coed), but I could be wrong. Their facebook says they're a competitive team tho, but their instagram only seems to post basketball games
So I had been stretching my splits daily for about a week, I stretched a lot bc I wanted to get them quickly. About 5 days ago, I slid into my side splits and got a weird pain in my butt/upper inner thigh at the back of my thigh. It's like an uncomfortable pain, not unbearable or severe but it...

I know some cheer gyms are opened in Ontario, but I've heard that those gyms are not allowed to stunt or anything like that. Does anyone know what phase of reopening will allow Ontario gyms to resume stunting?
Will the coaches look down on me for trying out twice? Last year I tried out for my school's cheer team and didn't make it. I don't tumble as of right now and I was a pretty bad flyer since I had almost no experience. I love cheerleading a lot and I've always wanted to do it, but there were zero...
Try outs are in 2.5 months and one of the coaches just said that having a Bow and Arrow is an important skill. I just wanted to know if I should be focusing on my middle splits or side splits mainly and which I should be over-stretching. Along with what stretches will help achieve it faster. If...
